Scope
This Refund Policy applies to services provided by iGamel XYZ (concept art, creative design, storytelling, illustration, and related services). These are bespoke services and not off‑the‑shelf products.
Deposits
- To secure scheduling, projects typically require an upfront deposit.
- Deposits are refundable only if you cancel before work begins, minus any documented pre‑production costs (e.g., discovery workshops, references, or planning time already completed).
- Once work has started, deposits become non‑refundable.
Milestones and approvals
- Work is delivered in milestones for your review and approval.
- Payments for approved milestones are non‑refundable.
- If a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, we will perform reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. If issues remain unresolved, we may consider a partial refund proportional to undelivered scope at our discretion.
Change requests and cancellations
- Changes to scope may affect pricing and timeline; they will be confirmed in writing before work proceeds.
- If you cancel mid‑project, you are responsible for work performed up to the cancellation date. Any unused prepaid amounts beyond completed work may be refunded.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or non‑performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages). In such cases, both parties will work in good faith to adjust schedules. If a refund applies, we will settle for undelivered scope.
How to request a refund
- Email your request to info@igamel.xyz with your project details, invoice number, and reasons.
- We aim to respond within 10 business days and resolve within 30 business days, depending on complexity.
Refund method and timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. Currency conversion and bank fees may affect final amounts.
